Leadership
Responsible for overall project oversight, government liaison work, ordinance writing, and coral restoration site planning.
Manages volunteer organization formation and development, and leads cross-cultural curriculum and training development.
Fisherfolk associations and barangay partners are central to protecting marine areas and sustaining long-term conservation.
Field team
Leads project design and manages the dive team, coordinating underwater restoration operations.
Leads dive teams and oversees artificial coral reef construction, deployment, and maintenance.
Contributes to reef structure construction and maintenance operations.
Assists with reef construction and maintenance tasks as part of the dive team.

Community partners
Reefs for Life works hand-in-hand with fisherfolk associations representing fishing communities across the region.
These partners help manage marine protected areas and sea warden programs, transforming local fishermen into reef caretakers.
